The Summer House Return Policy

At The Summer House, we hope you absolutely love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To begin a return, please email us at thesummerhousebrand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or any other signs of wear.
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Summer House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase at The Summer House.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Seasonal or holiday items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Any item specifically marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Items purchased at The Summer House during pop-up events or other in-person shopping events follow the same return policy unless otherwise noted at the event.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only, provided the item is unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs if the item is mailed back to us.
